Lead Pastor Tim Cerce is the founding pastor of Harvest Church. He has a Bachelor's degree in Bible from Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts degree in Religion from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He has been in full-time ministry for more than thirty years. Prior to beginning Harvest Church he served as a youth pastor, music minister and an associate pastor. He uses expository messages to communicate the life-changing truth of God's Word and has an active counseling ministry. His wife of thirty-one years, Sharon, serves as his Administrative Assistant.



 
Dustin Pinto serves as the Youth Pastor at Harvest Church. He graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministry (concentration in Youth Ministry) and a minor in Church Music. He has led numerous teen outreaches in the United States and foreign missions trips to Mexico, Wales and England. He is a gifted communicator and excels in worship leading and the dramatic arts. Dustin has a passion to see youth discipled into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. His wife Katie, a schoolteacher for Fairfax County Public Schools, works with him to provide an effective youth ministry. They have an infant son, Kaden.




Lauren Cerce is the Interim Director of Children’s Ministries at Harvest Church. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Valley Forge Christian College and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, with an expected graduation date of May 2012. Having grown up in a pastor's home, Lauren has a passion for ministry. She has served in the youth and children's ministries at Harvest Church and has also served as a counselor at a local crisis pregnancy center. She has a great love for children and desires to be used of God to bring spiritual and emotional wholeness to people of all ages.

 

Sharon Cerce serves as her husband's Administrative Assistant. She has a Bachelor's of Religious Education degree from Valley Forge Christian College. Prior to coming on staff at Harvest Church, she taught for a number of years in the Fairfax County Public School system as well as at a private Christian Academy. She co-leads the church's Women's Ministries and works alongside her husband in a variety of other ministries. Her administrative skills enable the church's ministries to function smoothly. Pastor Tim and Sharon have two grown daughters, Lauren and Stephanie, who are both active in Harvest Church.
